Fair Trade and Organic certification ambitions
Burke-Agro is helping pioneer organic production and export in Nicaragua through partnering with international development agencies, forming an organic producers aliance and actively locating and supporting small producers and copperatives in their organic certification process.
Burke Agro exports certified organic solar dried banana, organic cashew and organic and fair trade coffee. Coming soon: certfied pineapple, coconut, dragon fruit, tomatoe, mango.
